My path to energy healing began long before I ever called it that. For many years, I worked as the Residential Manager at a psychiatric treatment facility for youth ages 11–17. We supported kids who were either nearing the need for State Hospital care or transitioning back to a less restrictive environment. It was meaningful work, but often I could feel that something was missing — that deeper healing wasn’t always happening the way we hoped.

Around that time, outside of work, I started learning about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Kinesiology (muscle testing). I was fascinated by how our emotions and bodies are so deeply connected — how energy, when released or balanced, can change so much about how we feel and heal.

Years later, after the heartbreaking loss of my two boys, just 17 months apart, my family and I needed healing in ways that went far beyond the physical. My search led me to The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson, a book that spoke directly to what my heart was yearning for — a way to gently release trapped emotions and allow the body and spirit to begin mending.

I dove in. I read, studied, practiced, and witnessed real changes — first within myself, then within my loved ones. That experience lit a spark in me that hasn’t gone out. I realized this wasn’t just about my own healing; it was a calling to help others find theirs.

Now, through these energy healing methods, I’m honored to walk beside people on their own journeys — helping them release what no longer serves, reconnect with their natural balance, and rediscover a sense of peace and lightness from within.
